The Science
Cognitive Compatibility
Based on Elliott Jaques' Stratified Systems Theory, we analyze how each person processes complexity. Effective communication only happens between people at the same stratum or adjacent strata — this is structural, not effort-dependent.
Personality Profile
We combine two validated instruments: Social Styles (Driver, Analytical, Amiable, Expressive) and Emotional Skills (self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, resilience, emotional expression, reactivity).
Love Languages
Based on Gary Chapman's theory, we identify how each partner prefers to give and receive love: Words of Affirmation, Quality Time, Acts of Service, Gifts, or Physical Touch.
