Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the LevelPair platform ("Platform"), operated by Eduardo Walneide Castilho Almeida ("Operator"), you fully agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, regardless of country of residence.

2. Description of Service

LevelPair is a couples compatibility analysis platform that uses three scientific dimensions: • Cognitive Profile — based on Elliott Jaques' Stratified Systems Theory (video analysis) • Personality Profile — based on social styles (TES) and emotional skills (THE) • Love Languages — based on Gary Chapman's theory The service generates a compatibility report (Match Report) by cross-referencing both partners' profiles. The report is generated by artificial intelligence (AI) and is exclusively informational and educational in nature. LevelPair is NOT a psychological counseling, couples therapy, or clinical diagnosis service. Results do not replace guidance from qualified professionals.

3. Registration and Account

To use the service, you must: • Be at least 18 years old • Provide truthful and complete information during registration • Maintain the security of your password and account • Not share your access credentials You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account.

4. Assessment and Consent

By taking the assessment, you consent to: • Video recording for cognitive analysis (2 questions with 2-3 minute recordings each) • AI processing of videos to determine your cognitive profile • Processing of personality questionnaire responses (87 questions) • Sharing your results with your partner in the Match Report Videos are automatically transcribed and the transcription is used for analysis. Video files are not permanently stored after processing. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Rights section).

5. Payment and Refund

The service is offered for a one-time payment of €49 (forty-nine euros) per couple, processed via Stripe. • Payment is made by the partner who initiates the process • Includes the complete assessment of both partners and the Match Report • The PDF report is included in the price Refund policy: • Before both partners complete the tests: full refund within 7 days • After the Match Report is generated: no refund, as the service has been fully provided • Technical issues preventing completion: full refund For Brazilian consumers: the 7-day right of withdrawal applies per Art. 49 of the Consumer Defense Code (CDC), counted from the purchase date, except when the service has been fully provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform content — including texts, design, code, analysis methodology, AI prompts, graphics, and reports — is owned by or licensed to the Operator. The generated Match Report is licensed for personal use by the two assessed partners. Reproduction, distribution, or commercialization of reports without express authorization is prohibited. The scientific theories used (Elliott Jaques, Gary Chapman, social styles) are in the public domain. The implementation and application methodology are proprietary.

7. Data Protection — Overview

8. Data Subject Rights — LGPD (Brazil)

If you are a resident of Brazil, under the LGPD you have the right to: • Confirmation of data processing • Access to your personal data • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data • Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data • Data portability • Deletion of data processed with consent • Information about data sharing • Revocation of consent To exercise your rights, contact: privacidade@levelpair.com

9. Data Subject Rights — GDPR (European Union)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), under the GDPR you have the right to: • Access to your personal data (Art. 15) • Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16) • Erasure — "right to be forgotten" (Art. 17) • Restriction of processing (Art. 18) • Data portability (Art. 20) • Object to processing (Art. 21) • Not be subject to automated decisions with significant effects (Art. 22) Legal basis for processing: explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)). 10. Consumer Rights — CCPA/CPRA (California, USA)

If you are a California resident, under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to: • Know what personal data is collected and how it is used • Request deletion of your personal data • Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights • Correct inaccurate personal information • Limit the use of sensitive personal information LevelPair does NOT sell your personal data to third parties. 11. Cookies

The Platform uses only strictly necessary cookies for: • Maintaining your authenticated session • Storing language preference We do not use tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics cookies.

12. Limitation of Liability

LevelPair: • Does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of AI analysis results • Is not responsible for personal decisions made based on reports • Does not replace professional counseling (psychological, therapeutic, or medical) • Does not guarantee uninterrupted Platform availability The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. For Brazilian consumers: this limitation does not affect rights guaranteed by the CDC.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time by sending a request to suporte@levelpair.com. The Operator may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, with prior notice when possible. Upon account closure, your data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy (minimum legal retention, followed by deletion).

14. Modifications to Terms

The Operator may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

For Brazilian users: these Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The court of the consumer's domicile is elected, pursuant to Art. 101, I, of the CDC. For European users: Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I) applies. You may use the EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr For US users: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without prejudice to local protections that cannot be waived.
